Defence struck out by court

Options
Hi I have been defending a claim since October 2022 and it is now at the defence letter stage. However I have received a letter from BW legal advising that the court has struck out my defence to the claim. Please can someone explain what this means and why it has been done? Moreover BW legal have said that they are now entitled to ask the court to enter a CCJ against me as there is no defence to their clients claim. The client in question is G24 and the joke is I actually paid for parking through a ringgo app and for some reason their system didn’t pick up  the  payment but I have receipt which I was going to submit as evidence. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Why is BW advising you of the court's action rather than the court itself?

Post a copy of the MCOL claim history by logging in and checking it

We could also do with more information if you haven't posted about this particular case before

You should know all this from the discontinued case in your other thread
