£513 x 12 (months) = £6156/ year
£6156/365(days) = £16.8657/Day in payments
£16.8657 x 366 (days)= £6172.87
£6172.87 VS £6192 = £19.13 difference (Not £36!) ...ie £36 looks like its too much.... But then if you factor in compound interest.....who knows!!!

Any fees that Halifax add, are charged at the variable rate (Indemnity fees & arrangement fees). I had a similar query from one of my clients & rang the Halifax on their behalf.0
