Changing fund in Aegon Pension
Comments
-
I on the other hand had a Prudential pension worth maybe the same. It was an old employer scheme and it lost like 11% in a year. I have moved to my new employer scheme nowLosing 11% in a year is not bad if that is a negative year (such as 2022 or 2019).his current mix is High Equity WP fund, Mixed Fund and WP Endowment. Going forward it be 50/50 High Equity and Mixed. Those funds are only available on old fashioned contracts. Typically at old fashioned pricing. Maybe its time to consider a third option. A new modern plan at lower cost with a decent multi-asset fund that matches the risk profile.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). One other thought, if your husband were to transfer the Aegon pension to a SIPP,/other personal pension would there be any
Market Value Adjustment applied before transfer?
If he were to transfer the small SL pension and the Aegon pension, perhaps he might consider investing in a global multi asset
fund?
