.Y-live surveys contact

Does anyone know how I can contact .Y-live? My computer crashed and I can't retrieve my password. I asked for reset links but the emails are not getting through to me. I tried messaging on Facebook but I had an automatic reply which told me to send an email.  I've tried that but didn't get a reply. Does anyone know of any other way to contact them? The survey links are getting through and I'm completing the surveys okay. It's very frustrating.

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Have you tried emailing  info@ylive-community.com  with your query?

Thanks, I'll try that. They don't respond on Facebook. They just send a message telling me to email them and then they don't reply.

I've just messaged them on Twitter. If they don't reply I'll ring their head office in London. I've been with them since 2014 and never had a problem before.

I did finally get an email from Ylive after I left a review on Trustpilot saying I thought the company might be closing down. I was getting no answers from anywhere and I'd sent several emails and messages. Someone got back to me as soon as they saw the review and it's all been sorted out now.

Thank you for leaving that review - they have now fixed the password reset issue and I have been able to reset my password and get back into my account.
  • Has anyone had problems resetting their YLive password. I received the password reset link and every time I reset the password it says the link is no longer valid and request another one. 9 attempts later and I have for the time being given up. I have emailed them and shall await a response.

Maybe read the earlier post when another person has left a review on Trustpilot and they responded!
