I work with a colleague who has been in the job a couple of years more than me. We are both on the same wages and they are the POC. When my phone rings they move closer to listen to the other person. I'm not allowed to answer emails. Its as if they don't want it to be known I'm there.
Every thing I do or say is checked, So they ring the person back who called earlier.
Any praise is never passed on, Any feedback is never passed on. Its all there own work. When we go on a job they forget why we are there and just chatter with anyone, while i do the task.
Now here's where i would like some advice.
So the other day we have our monthly meeting and I ask if there going, "No Need to go" ah so already they have forgot the questions i keep asking for a answer on.
So I emailed the questions to everyone, Now they have decided to go to the meeting and get the answers.
Should i just let them get on with it or ?

Go to the monthly meeting, when they chat on site interrupt and ask them to come and assist you, move away from them when you're on the phone.
Send email to multiple people
Basically assert yourself.1 -

Should i just let them get on with it or ?Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1 -

You are being subjected to a form of bullying. The only answer is to stand up to it - polite assertion is the way forward.0
