Hi Stu, I settled f+fs with Moorcroft and some others recently. The question as to where the money is coming from is part of their standard !!!!!! covering and nothing to worry about. They won't check (how could they?) But won't progress further without a response as they want to be able to prove that you're able to pay without hardship. So reply quickly but don't go into detail.

but moorcroft one will show RBS I can pay more than im currently paying them, and even if I up my expenses( which I'm finding hard to create) it will show I can still clear the debt in say 2 to 3 years, thus won't get a good f and f offer i can afford today
the only way to get a fantastic offer is to create a SAO that shows it will take years and years to clear debt, which I'm finding hard to create.
plus their forms to fill in allow no expense such as savings etc, I'm banking a lot at mo cos I can afford to, cos I'm giving them buttons per month,
I have to create a situation where it shows I'm super skint, can only pay buttons, thus a low f and f offer is to their liking and suit them best.
but I can't create that situation, without telling porkies
how did you do it, eg income and expenses, was it true or notChristians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )

Economic with the truth is the way to go. Bump up your expenses and limit your income. You don't have to prove anything - they're tickboxing at this point.stu12345_2 said:
