Yes I am afraid you are stuck with it.
However, some Argos stores are more flexible with the exempt from 30 day money back guarantee and you could be lucky.
Otherwise - ebay it:beer: If I say something you like....Please hit the thanks button :beer:0 -
If it is still sealed with an Argos catalogue sticker on it then take it, ask if it is possible and they may give you a gift voucher (store credit) only if you have the receipt though.[DISCLAIMER: Any posts made by myself are my opinions and do not represent my employer]

I work for argos...
Exempt items are usually electronics. Imagine the plastic seal was broken and you wanted to return the item??? Know-one would take it and it is why it is exempt from the 30 day returns policy. It is a tricky one. Although many games do get taken back if the plastic seal is immaculate and the sticker is still on the plastic.
Im sure you can see why it may be non-returnable...but you do have a case for returning the item.
Pop into your local store and be nice to them:j0 -
