Trying to understand what you're hoping to accomplish. You want to buy out your brothers so you can turn around and sell the property? At a lower price?
What happens if the property is not sold? Council tax and the rest will still need to be paid so the estate will dwindle in value. Hang on in your first post you say there was no will then you go on to talk about executors.
No will , no executors, just an administrator.
