Interactive Investor TFC Withdrawal 25% value date

For anyone who has done this, and if I ask to take the full 25% TFC from my pot, can I ask whether II warn you in advance what will be the actual date that they will calculate the value of the 25%?

It says on the website that they take approximately 10 business days to process the request.  Does this mean I need to liquidate more than 25% just incase markets increase in the meantime and the value of the 25% goes up above the amount of cash in the account?

Yes that's understood, but what let's say I put 25% of my pot into cash.  Then I launch a 25% TFC withdrawal.

For example, let's say II take a week to go through my paperwork and then they decide to action it.  Let's say markets increased 3% during that week.  Suddenly I don't have enough cash.  

Therefore I am thinking that I need to liquidate more like 27-30% of my pot?
