Free weight loss support

I hope I'm not breaking any rules here , but I have discovered a new web site which offers free weight loss support - it is still in it's infancy but I am giving it a go because I can't afford weightwatchers or anything else - so far I am the first one on it and would like to draw the attention of others to it because like on this site, it is fellow users who keep everyone going. Would appreciate some company there - as I said it's free so very MSE.

There's also a support forum on Boots.com - their change one thing program will let you buddy up with someone with similar goals to yrself - i.e. lose weight or stop smoking etc.
I dunno ifthey had forums last year, but if they did I never noticed them lol

Going off the rail a bit here, but if you want to lose weight get a job at KFC. I must walk several thousand steps each shift. They work you hard for little return. But only been there for 5 weeks and lost almost a stone and that is with KFC for break everyday. (not that I eat that much of it)!0
