Entry Instructions:
During the Promotional Period: Text FUNDADOR or FUNDADOR1 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:
a. There is 1 prize consisting of a 3-night trip to Jerez, Spain, for 2 adults (18+). Prize includes:

- return economy flights from a UK airport operating direct flights to Seville, with 1 piece of checked luggage per person;
- return private transfers from the airport to hotel;
- 3 nights’ accommodation at a 4* hotel in Jerez, sharing a double room;
- breakfast each morning;
- dinner on 1 night at Hermanos Carrasco (to the total value of £200);
- a private day trip to Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas from Jerez;
- a 6-course private Andalusian seafood dinner and wine pairing experience with a professional chef;
- £300 spending money.

b. The Hermanos Carrasco dinner will be provided in the form of a £200 BACs transfer, to the winner’s UK bank account.

c. The Andalusian dinner and wine pairing experience will last for approximately 4 hours. This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, winner will either be offered a different date during their trip or an alternative of equal value.

d. The private day trip to Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas starts at 9am and includes return transfers and a private English-speaking guide for the entire day and traditional coffees at the final stop. The experience does not include lunch or dinner. This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, the winner will either be offered a different date during their trip or an alternative of equal value.

e. Spending money will be provided to the winner in the form of a BACS transfer. The funds will be sent via a BACS transfer to the winner's UK bank account only.

f. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winner’s nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Seville. Winner and guest must travel together in both directions.

g. Organising valid passports is the responsibility of the winner and their guest, and prize excludes any visas. Prize also excludes domestic travel, travel insurance and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

h. Prize must be taken within 12 months of acceptance. Travel is subject to availability and excludes 20th December 2024 – 3rd January 2025, over 14th – 16th February 2025, 18th – 21st April 2025 and over all other Public and Bank Holiday weekends in the UK and Spain. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered.

The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
