After checking my credit report they are all in default0

Good. The debts fall off your credit record 6 years after the default.
You really do need to clarify whether the whole of your DMP payment is going to your creditors.
Given how low your existing payments are you might get some decent full and finals though PRA are unlikely to offer a good deal, but you really to self-manage to take advantage.
In the short-term, build up and emergency fund, even if you start with £1k, and then build a fighting fund to pay off the Moorcroft debts as full and finals. I'd be inclined to take down that print out in a few days even it doesn't include your personal details. There's a chance one of the creditors or your DMP providers could work out who you are based on the specific details there.

Just a note on the cca requests - you can do these for loans, credit cards, catalogues but not mobile phones, overdrafts, utilities1
