Incorrectly applied CCJ

Im in the process of clearing up some old debts/defaults from poor decisions in younger years.
I found out one of the accounts was paying back had applied for a CCJ.
complained the accepted they were wrong and actually paid me back what i had been paying. They did state they were applying to get this CCJ removed.
Does anybody know a realistic time frame or am I stuck with it for 6 years?
Also as i had a final response to the original complaint is it worth taking to the FOS if this drags on much longer?
