    The maximum state pension you can get is £221.20.  To achieve that you need to add another 6 years,including 2023-24.
    If you stop contributing now you will receive £188.11, likely £194.43 if 2023-24 is full.
    You can achieve those required 5 more years by working, from some benefits or purchasing years either going forward or filling gaps from the past but you are limited to the number of pre 2016 gaps you can fill.
    COPE is a theoretical amount that your contracted out pension may pay you.
