Hi i am having a really hard time trying to get fit payments of octopus, i was with good energy and transferred christmas 2023 and have not received any payments, i have asked octopus how to supply fit payments and they told me to go to fit page which i can not find, so he told me to take a screen shot of page and will try to guide. then said he has not got the time to show me how to get there from front page LOL.
I thought octopus is meant to be a which best buy energy and since i transvered from good energy fit to octopus i have had nothing but trouble, can someone help please

I joined Octopus as my FIT payer when the took over Bulb.  But Bulb was no longer my supplier so I did not have an account with Octopus.  The first time round they had to send me an email with a link to the place where I must enter my generation meter reading and I got my payment by cheque.  After that I opened an account so they had my details and could pay me by direct debit.  This also made entering my reading online a routine matter.
