Mortgages and relocation

Hello. I'm in a jam. I have a flat in London that has cladding issues and no ESW1. I have permission to rent it out as I've waited seven years for the intrusive survey.
I would like to relocate and buy a house. I have a pretty decent deposit and good credit but I was rejected because they suspected I wanted to rent it out.
I currently spend two hours a day travelling from far west London to rural Essex to work, yet the mortgage companies want a less than 45 minute commute.
For reference I'm a nurse so not likely to not be able to find a job in the new location if the commute got too taxing.
How can I get round this????

Speak to a broker. You will be fine.
