I've just had an email from AJB saying Pru have said they can't do it using Origo and it will have to be done as a paper application. I'll keep you updated, but sounds like a long process!cloud_dog said: @Roger175it will be very good if you could confirm the transfer timescales for Pru. I may have been a little harsh on the Pru as it took them 10 months to finally accept that they had not credited my account with a £3k contribution, and (as Duntonh points out) my transfers were out of a AVC scheme and so theoretically could have had safeguarded benefits. Having said that, there is an entire thread dedicated to the pain that is (certainly was) Pru.1 -
I should just add that the transfer I instigated from HL to AJB last Weds evening (6th) is now completed (13th) - Very impressed, well done both companies.0

That is about average now. I keyed one last Thursday that arrived on Tuesday. That is probably as about as close as you can get now (I had already sold funds in the ceding scheme to cash a few days earlier).Roger175 said:I should just add that the transfer I instigated from HL to AJB last Weds evening (6th) is now completed (13th) - Very impressed, well done both companies.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
