pension transfer taking 12 weeks and counting - is this normal??

I've just had an email from AJB saying Pru have said they can't do it using Origo and it will have to be done as a paper application. I'll keep you updated, but sounds like a long process!

I should just add that the transfer I instigated from HL to AJB last Weds evening (6th) is now completed (13th) - Very impressed, well done both companies.

That is about average now.  I keyed one last Thursday that arrived on Tuesday.   That is probably as about as close as you can get now (I had already sold funds in the ceding scheme to cash a few days earlier).
