It's entirely possible your iPad is dead.

My wife had one like this that died days outside of its warranty. Refused to turn on no matter how many different charger cables, chargers & mains were used as well as leaving it on charge for days. 

In the end Apple said she could send it in to be recycled if she wanted. 

After telling her to sign out of her account. Yeah..... How's she going to do that then?! 

At iCloud.com easy to do and will remove her account from the iPad in case the recycler gets it going again.
