Vanguard?

Evening. I've been trying to draw down out of my pension and also my ISA both of which are held with vanguard. There are constant delays asking for more information, upload bank details that I have already uploaded several times, asking for my passport details.( No other pension providers have asked for this) waiting 2 weeks to talk to someone. It all makes me feel like it's a Ponzi scheme just delay after delay instead of paying me. I've complained but I feel it's like complaining to Bernie Madoff.

I am with vanguard and find withdrawal easy and straightforward. I assume you are in an initial verification stage. When I draw funds from my pension it is very easy and quick
  • Better they are careful, correct and if that means them being not as quick as people maybe like, thats life.

I'm glad they are not quick and careless as this makes hackers life very hard, I'm very happy with Vanguard products.

And when did you complain to Bernie Madoff?
