Hiya,
I've got some Deals vouchers and given them to my DH who studies through the OU - he tried to register for his next module online and couldn't fnd the option to use Deals vouchers - only an option to use OU gift vouchers (and they ask for a number and a security code so it's not the same thing) - please can someone tell me how to do it?
Thanks and hope everyone had a great Xmas x

Hi, Think we changed our vouchers with Tesco first then registered for the course and just sent them to OU recorded delivery. They will only take deals vouchers for new registrationsIi think.True MSE'r -Money Spending Expert0

Well it is a new registration for this course and I'm sure I heard on here you can use them for any time you register even if you're an existing OU student, can someone confirm? I have already converted them with Tesco so they are the right thing - I don't understand how you mean register then send them off as wouldn't that mean we had to pay for it first? I wanted to use the voucher then pay the difference on credit card0

My Oh has been an OU student for years doing several courses and has just paid for his 2 new courses with deals vouchers. They were fine with that. As far as I know it is Ok to pay part vouchers and part cash/credit it's only the OUSBA (?) that won't take them as payment. Tesco send you your deals vouchers then you send them to OU to pay. Hope that helps!True MSE'r -Money Spending Expert0

The OU take vouchers for any course - don't have to be a new OU student.
Register for the course and print off the payment form.
Send in the vouchers and pay the balance by credit/debit card or however.
The printed form may not have a Tesco voucher box to tick , just write it on by hand and what the balance is you need to pay by credit/debit card.0 -
Thank you! I've printed out a form, we were trying to register online but will use the form to use the vouchers with it.0

I have used Tesco Clubcard vouchers to pay for my course which starts in February. As this only covered part of the cost I put the rest on my OUSBA account - which I will pay off before they add interest in February.

Aren't the vouchers printed with your name on them? Will the OU accept them as your DH has a different name/title?Mortgage start September 2015 £90000 MFiT #060
