Tosa or Tennessee Futon Bed from Argos

Hiya folks. Looking for any opinions on either the Tosa double futon bed or the Tennessee Sofa Futon, both from Argos ( 635/3689 & 635/8914).
Have limited space to get 'standard' sofa bed upstairs into an attic conversion due to 'spacesaver' staircase and thought this would be a sitting and guest bed soloution, especially the Tosa one.
Anyone got one already, happy with it, hate it, quality/durability etc, all your views are all gratefully received.
