Withdraw from PCP within 14 days

I'm just about to order a new car but want to take account of the manufacturer PCP incentive. If I want to withdraw from the finance within 14 days when does the 14 days start? I'm signing the finance agreement now but the car doesn't arrive for 20 weeks (factory order). Does it start when I sign or when I get the money (nearer the time when the car is due)?

When you pick up the car & actually sign the documents to start paying.

Just be aware, some have/may withdraw the incentive or other offers.

What does that agreement say about cooling off and cancellation?

Incidentally, you can settle the finance at any time after the cooling off period though you'll have to pay 59 days interest on it.

The agreement says 14 days cooling off. They actually don't need me to sign until nearer the time, which is good. They have just sent the forms through in advance.
