Nationwide Declined - Financial Association

Declined by Nationwide due to partner still showing as a financial association on my credit file (he has poor credit history) Annoyingly, I disputed the association with all three credit agencies as we no longer have a financial connection and the old joint account was closed several years ago.
All three agencies have since removed him from my credit report - last week. But, Nationwide did the hard search a couple of days BEFORE Transunion removed him from my file so it still showed. But I can provide evidence that he is no longer an “association” with any of the three credit agencies and my report now shows “no financial associations”
My Broker has appealed. Is it likely they might overturn their decision following the evidence provided?
TIA

why didnt the broker check the files before?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Most likely they will ask you to re-apply, they don't like appeals0
