hi everyone
just a couple of questions regarding bankruptcy, i have seen a couple of debit advisors in my local area [fully regulated]
after writing to all the people i owe money my options are rather limited [had D.P.R few years ago] cant have another not been long enough [discharged], only thing I have been told is apart bankruptcy, is to contact creditors and either make arrangement's to pay .
however only other thing is i become pension age December 22 /24 and have been told what ever is owing cant be pursued once you hit that age ? is that correct?
thanks

So your fully regulated debt advisers have told you that you can't be pursued for a debt after age 66. Is that right?
Can you say to which organisation(s) these individuals are attached?
I'm afraid that is 100% incorrect.
I'm also not sure what a dpr is.
I think if we go back a couple of steps and you tell us about your income, expenditure, assets and debts we could possibly help you. Can you complete and post this for us?

Very bad advice you received from these "debt advisors", also what is a DPR?
