This is a prize draw to win a signed copy of PERSONAL BEST by Adele Roberts, and a voucher for a two night stay, dinner, bed and breakfast fortwo people in a Deluxe Room at the DeVere Latimer Estate. Fivex Runners Up will receive a copy of PERSONAL BEST by Adele Roberts. To enter, please follow the entry requirements.

2. The winner will be selected at random from the entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions and set by DMRI The Competition Platform, whose decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Prize does not include travel to and from the DeVere Latimer Estate and Hotel.

4. The DeVere Latimer Voucher may not be usable at certain dates and busy periods, and DeVere Latimer will advise when claiming the prize. This voucher is valid until [one year from issue date] and can only be used once, and the prize must be claimed within 4 weeks of notification. Please note this voucher is only valid at DeVere Latimer Estate and not another DeVere Hotel. DeVere Latimer Estate reserve the right to withdraw this offer or modify terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

5. There is no purchase necessary to enter.

6. The prize draw opens at 08.00 am [GMT/BST] on [11th April 2024] and closes at 11:59 pm [GMT/BST] on [9th May 2024]. Any entries received outside these specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.

7. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Company, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw either themselves or through their families.

8. Only one entry per person allowed. Second or subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk.

9. The Company is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.

10. The Company reserves the right to alter the prizes or cancel the prize draw without notice but will try to avoid creating any undue disappointment.
