Outlook. Is there an easy way to switch between return address's on outgoing emails?

I'm not sure I've phrased that correctly!
My wife sends out a lot of emails for work. Some to clients and some to consultants.
She needs the reply address on the one's to clients to be the info@ address for the company, and the one's to consultants to be her email address.
Is there a simple way to do this, apart from going into the account settings every time and changing it?
The company's is tiny and has no IT Dept, they have an outsourced helpline. But it takes hours to get a reply, and then it tends to be wrong!
I've never used Outlook.
Thanks...

There is on Gmail it's in settings , it creates a drop down box when you reply to or send an email where you can select the email address you are replying from, however from memory they both have to be Gmail addresses
Outlook I'm not so sure on , have you tried googling it ?
This is probably the most useless reply I've ever sent sorry!2 -

This is probably the most useless reply I've ever sent sorry! It has to be Outlook, I'm sorry to say. It's part of the remote desktop she has to use. And it's set so no other s/w can be installed!I have been Googling for a while, I can't seem to find a way that doesn't mean going into the acc settings and changing it for each type. Not useless at all, thanks for trying0 -
I've just tried on my outlook, I picked an email addressed to a btinternet email and replied changing the from email to a gmail account.0

She should ask her company's IT support for 'how to' and get further training if needed.
It was possible to do multiple email addresses when I was working (1995-2005) so I could answer public enquiries using Public@bloggs.co and my own rodders@bloggs.co and see the inbox feeds from suppliers etc.,.
Similarly Secs/PAs could see and answer on behalf of Bosses' e-mail addresses.
IIRC it was just two "Accounts" in the LH folder pane... but layouts may vary. No need for 'Settings' faffs that I can recall.1 -
The easiest would be to have the info@ email account inbox added to her mailbox so she can send from that email account simply by selecting it under the From options when sending a new email.
If that's not possible, the other option is when creating the email to be sent, select Options then Direct Replies to and type the info@email address in the Have replies sent to box0 -
reply to the email
pop it out so its in a seperate window rather than just the preveiw pane
options then the 3 dots
select the show fields from option
she will then (and in future) have a drop sown "from" option when replying. she may have to add the other account once and will have to have access to the account0 -
Is the info@ email address an actual mail box?0

On the email client I use I can click on my email address in the message I'm compiling and the list of alternative addresses drops down. Sorry, not using Outlook so can't say if that might work.

Also assumed they wanted it to be automatic rather than reliant on them spotting which client it is... would be easier done with it being a second account.0 -
The Outlook client supports multiple email accounts. Assuming she can add another account, it is then easy to pick the one you are sending a message from. Replying to an existing message will default to use the one it was sent to, but you can choose a different account.
