    Anyone???!  Any brokers out there know how to explain this, or advice on how to communicate with mortgage companies?? Any other examples??  Will they change their minds  - if we can provide any kind of evidence that we aren't £400 a month down???

    This is where a broker can talk to their rep at the bank. Going direct you won’t have this ability.
