Vehicle break ins in car parks when staying in Premier Inns in London

We have experienced our 3rd vehicle break in this year whilst staying at Premier Inn hotels. We stay at the car parks by the hotels as they have cameras.............however, as it turns out are seemingly not much of a deterrent!
The costs are having a real impact on our business. Loss of vehicle contents, technicians' down time, hire of vehicle, insurance excesses, administration time........ and so it goes on!.
We have contacted Premier Inns, requesting to speak to a customer service manager but our concerns are clearly not shared by them as they do not warrant these crimes to be escalated to management level. Apparently the car parks are not owned by Premier Inns and they say that any concerns/incidents would need to be taken up with the car park owners. Premier Inns appear to be missing the point that they are losing a lot of business and we're sure at this rate, will be losing a lot more business because of the escalating crime levels.
It is now company policy that we will no longer be using Premier Inns when our technicians need to stay away on business which averages 2 stays per week.
Anyone else experiencing the same problems?
