West Brom Application Process

We put our application in this morning and this has happened already. Any experience with West Brom from anyone? Does this mean they are happy with our documents and if all goes well with valuation we will get offer?

It’s happened sooo quick I’m unsure how good it is. Is it too good to be true?

Thank you!! X

  • Hiya, we didn’t use West Brom but when we put our application in a few weeks ago our valuation was instructed same day too, Leeds building society instruct valuation as soon as application is recieved and seems a lot of lenders do this. We got our offer just 8 days later, fingers crossed for you 😊🙏

Typically, lenders instruct a valuation on day one and take the time before the report is returned to check documents and underwrite the application.
