Morrisons retirement stall discount

Hi has anyone retired from Morrisons recently and retained there discount card for life and what are the conditions. My wife has just retired and I think the terms have changed

Maybe asking Morrisons to confirm would be the most sensible route? I think the discount rate drops from 15% to 10% when you leave.0
