Am I right in thinking that if I am in receipt of my NHS 95 pension due to retire and return and still been under State pension age that the 2024 increase will be 8.5% and not 6.7% ?

No your pension will increase by 6.7%
State Pensions increase by 8.5% based on the Triple lock. 8.5% being the rate of wage increase. NHS and all Government Pensions increase by the rate of CPI from September 2023.3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds0 -
Public sector pensions increase from this month (April 2024) based on the CPI in September 2023. They did not increase in September 2023.0
