well yes I use one on a daily basis and have just read those horrible reviews !
I haven't tried scanning but otherwise it works OK. Actually i use a print server but not sure if that makes any difference.
On balance I think I'd buy a different one and am hoping mine wont break down 12 months + 1 !
we were thrilled with ours ......... until 10 minutes ago ..... after unlodging a pen and a few pieces of dodgy sheets of crumbled paper ........kids !!! my husband is hopping mad .... it says right cartridge incorrect even though everything appears to be fitted as it should, .. any techies out there offer advice ? ?
you could try hooking up the printer to the HP website and carrying out a diagnostic, when I did that it downloaded some totally different software (about 165mb) and the thing has worked perfectly since.
