NatWest mortgage Valuation

Hello, my wife and I are both first time buyers, we applied through NatWest via a mortgage broker. On the mortgage tracker it’s showing as everything ticked off as being reviewed and completed though pending the valuation survey report. Is this generally a good sign ? Does anyone know how long this part of the process can take? Thanks

Your broker is the right source for progress on your specific case but it sounds like you are well on the way.I am a Mortgage Broker

I followed up and apparently the vendor is moving out and keys handed over on the 9th, so next week the valuation will be done hopefully. Fingers crossed all goes well 🤞🏻0
