Am wondering about upgrading to a Sky HD box, Have rang Sky and their best price is £249. I'm sure I saw an advertisement for one at £199.

It could be worth speaking to one of the independent sellers that set up stall in shopping centers, supermarkets etc. We got ours in Currys where there was one such seller. He did it for £150 installed and that was Nov 2006. He did however ask us to tell Sky that we had bought a TV instore if they asked, which they didn't. Bit more leg-work but a significant saving.0
