Told you numerous times what the difference is, but again for clarity -

A "notice of default sums" informs you, that you have missed a contractual payment and have been charged a £12 fee.

A "default notice" is a statutory document, that must be sent under the terms of the consumer credit act, to notify you that significant arrears have built up on your account (usually between 3 and 6 missed contractual repayments) and gives you 14 days to rectify that breach to the terms and conditions of your agreement.

If you do so, no further action will be taken, if you do not do so, then a default can be registered with the credit reference agencies, also the creditor can then take enforcement action to recover the debt in full.

That is the difference between the two.
