I want...a "cabled" hammer drill

Im looking for a bargain drill. Not battery preferabllly, ideally a branded make (black and decker/Bosch etd). I want something pretty powerful and reliable, and I want a bargain! Anyone seen any in the sales?

These two drill on Argos look likely to provide good value for occasional DIY use. I have had several Challenge brand power tools from Argos, and haven't broken any yet (but I don't use the tools for hours a day as a tradesman would)
1) a 600W hammer drill for £7.97 Argos
2)or alternatively, a 500W Black & Decker, half price at £12.48
