late service charge

Hi there,

I understand the service charge for my flat is going to be late for a month, would you know if this is going to have a huge impact on the flat?

"Late" in what way? They're going to invoice you late?

What sort of impact? Do you mean on a mortgage application (given you've posted on the mortgages board)?

no as they have to issue a reminder first
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
