If all these debts date back to 2008 it is quite possible that none of them show on credit reports & none of them may be enforcable. Except the mortgage of course.

Update - Cabot, Lowell and Capital one all acceptable a greatly reduced offer and I’m now just dealing with the NatWest. The first three were really understanding after I send emails to them. NatWest are taking longer and I had to send medical evidence. Awaiting decision at present.2

And now I am retired - all the time in the world!!0 -
So we have very quickly after this update received a response from NatWest. They accepted the partial settlement offer of £5000 and the original secured debt/overdraft owed was £13500 or there about. All companies have been understanding and helpful when in the beginning I thought no one would listen and help.1
