Advice needed please

Brief history of my situation
Starteding working for a cleaning company CME 4 years ago.
I was told I would be self employed .
Basically it was one girl who had myself and another girl doing cleaning for CME.
CME provided uniforms , products and insurance.   I worked in a Doctors surgery where I represented CME  she could not work in the surgery as she was a patient.   The surgery would pay CME and then they would pay me I  absolutely loved working there and they were more like a family who helped me through when my mum passed and when my Dad got diagnosed with Dementia who with my sisiter we care for .
On Monday the 25th March I recieved a text from CME which I sent below
Hi, sorry I’m only getting back to you about pay rise. I wouldn’t be able to put your rate up anymore. The insurance has gone up quite a bit & I’m actually buying the products & paying some of the insurance out of my own money which isn’t good.
My financial circumstances have changed & I will have to take the surgery work on myself full time. It’s totally unavoidable that I have to fulfill my own contract again. It’s nothing personal or anything in regards to your work & really wish I didn’t have to do this x
I was in total shock I then replied but her phone was on silent
I was in total shock I then asked was I to go into work and she said she would take over on the eight of April
CME said they tried to phone not once I have check my missed phone calls and also thought she could have said on her message she sent on Friday before could meet for a chat over the weekend .
I feel so hurt not once has she contacted me .  The surgery was shocked and said they have had no issues with me but they couldn’t do anything as they had a contract with CME.
Do I have any rights .  It is awful to lose your job in this way. Knowing u have done nothing wrong and leaving in this way .  I have had no letter no nothing .
Please help

If you were actually self-employed, did you have a written agreement with the organisation which paid you?  If so, did you set out anything about notice?  If nothing about notice and actually self-employed then she could tell you your services are no longer required immediately.  Instead you have been given some notice.

Did you do any work for anyone else on a self-employed basis?

But did you have a written contract?
Without a notice period being specified, if you were truly self-employed, you were due no notice in law.

Who told you you would be self-employed?  HMRC?  A lawyer?

Have you been paying NI as a self-employed person?
