 Same here. I enter those prizes I really want or I can give to immediate family only. I ignore most social media unless the link leads to a webpage rather than sharing on FB 
I can't bring myself to enter SCUM competitions

There are 1,000s of mag dailies, lifedeathprizes alone has 421 competitions at the moment not counting Chat magazine

405 of those are instant wins where you have to put 3 random numbers in, the other 16 are the mag dailies

similar numbers for most of them but they are potentially all competition entries for the 50 per day. (unlikely)
