Hi.
All a bit new to this, my wife and I have applied for our first mortgage with Vida, via a broker.
we had to go down this route due to a now satisfied trust deed, we have the Dip and now at the full application stage.

We have pushed the valuation forward, just wanted to know what kind of turnaround time we are looking at for an offer etc? As we don’t want to lose out on the home we have our heart set on.
Thanks

VIDA are quite busy at the moment. When you say you've pushed the valuation forward, do you mean VIDA have pushed it forward? VIDA's current service levels are currently 4-working days for an initial application assessment, the underwriter will then request anything else they need document wise and it's then a 3 working day turnaround for subsequent documentation reviews. Usually VIDA do a lot of the main underwriting before instructing their valuation as usually most of their products include a paid valuation by yourselves, If the valuation comes back all good then usually offer follows very shortly because as I say most of the underwriting is done before the lender instructs it.Service levels change all the time based on how busy they are and they seem to be quite busy this week and last.0

Hi there buddy, how long did the whole process take from submitting application and getting the offer?
As i seen a few years ago vida would take up to 4 months...
Hows it looking now? Me and my partner are first time buyers and have just put our full application in. TIA0 -
