I need help to fill out a 43 year old male. My husband in other words.
He is so slim and I know the poor little love can't help it. He even lost 2llbs this week and I gained 2lbs. Even though I have been really good this week.
I despair all I do is to make sure that he has 1 and half helpings for what we are eating. He does get crisps and cake to take to work with his packed lunch.

If your family like milky puddings like rice pudding you can make it more calorific by adding milk powder to the milk you use, you increase the protein etc but no-one will notice0

hi Penny-Pincher
mint is dead easy to grow - get little pot from nursery garden, but if you want it in the garden make sure you sink a bucket into the soil to keep the roots in one place, otherwise it'll take over.
have you tried steaming spuds instead of boiling? much nicer IMO.
Instead of barboiling for roasts, I bung the pots in the steamer then transfer to oven.

my son isn't that bothered about food and forgets to eat, and when he does it's little portions. I've offered him a reverse liposuction, and will donate my extra weight

Biscuits and cake wont do a heck of a lot, its mostly sugar and fat. You dont want to much of that. As for the butter thats just eating fat.
If your losing weight the best thing to do is eat more of every food at meal times, not just loads of one type.0
