Replacement for Body Shop elderflower eye gel

I've been using Body Shop elderflower eye gel since the 80's and it's kept my eye bags at bay - don't ask about the rest of me!
Even before going bust they stopped producing it and I haven't been able to find a substitute.
My skin is prone to oily and a bit sensitive and that delicate area under my eyes needs something to firm it up that's not harsh and won't require a mortgage, although at this stage I am getting to the non-MSE attitude of 'money no object'.
I'd buy the body shop product on eBay but I am not sure it's the real thing and that can't be a solution if Body Shop are making it any more.
What have people found that helps?

Simple Kind to Eyes roll on is great at firming under eye bags, lovely and cooling too. It’s especially good first thing in the morning for sleep eyes!1
