Two mortgages, rolled into one at renewal?

As title says, we have two mortgages:
We bought our first home may 2018 and sold it may 2022. We ported our mortgage to our new home and also obtained a further mortgage for the remaining amount to enable us to purchase the house.
So essentially we have two mortgages, both due for renewal February 2025.
My question is, as renewal can we merge the two mortgages? We are with nationwide, if that helps.

Yes you can. Mortgages as you describe are simply loans like any other.1

You only have one mortgage (the name of the charge) and two sub products. You can combine the two into one single rate upon remortgaging.1

Thankyou for your help. Hopefully won't be too costly at renewal0
