MSE online tax calcuator

Can anyone explain an "issue" I found with the mse online tax calculator. When inputting my tax code 1257L along with my annual income then clicking calculate it returns an annual tax liability based on a Tax Free Allowance, (tfa), of £12579. According to HMRC's website this tax code allows a tfa of £12570. Anyone know why the difference? Nine pound only I know but I am just curious. Thanks

Your tax code allows 12579 allowances.

In reality you are only entitled to 12570.

A lot people owe £1.80 (or £3.60) as a result.

In most cases you never have to pay this.
