@sloankettering94 and @saving_88 Drafty are much like a payday lender dressed up as sort of credit card. If you have used them for more than a few months you may be able to win an affordability complaint and get interest refunded, and if you have used them for a long period your balance could be cleared and you may get a cash refund. This applies in a DMP or not.
If the rejection was less than 6 months ago, send it to the Financial Ombudsman.
This is the next step as long as you are within yhe time limit. I've won about 6 affordability complaints, each one was rejected by the lender and then upheld by the FOS.
