in Cutting tax
Hi, I’m a higher rate tax payer and my husband is retired and a low rate tax band.
We are about to market my flat I’ve had for the entire duration of our relationship. He’s not on the deeds, can we split the CGT burden?

He doesn’t own it and, therefore, No!
Your other post also states that you may be due PRR which is correct but only as a fraction - in your case 57/240 of the gain.0
