Hi - I saw this article and applied for my passport online and sent the old passport last Tuesday, which was expiring in 6 months time. The HMPO suggested 3 weeks wait to receive the new one, but even with the Easter bank holiday, I received it yesterday Wednesday! Thank you MSE!
