Which bit about “stop panicking” is not understood. Obsessing about the minutiae is only going to send you to an early grave. All is good. Relax. Seven pages and were only at defence filing stage. This could get very long and tedious whereas it needn’t be so.2

Right, so happily the defence is now marked as received in MCOL. I received a paper acknowledgement of the filing of the defence and a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track.
The following day, I received a copy of the Claimant's N180 and a Notice of Intention to Proceed. I doubt they even had time to read and digest the defence before filing their intention to proceed.
In their N180, Claimant wishes an oral hearing for the reason that "The case requires technical submissions on a number of aspects of the Claimant's claim, including the formation of the contract. Such submissions which will be presented by either counsel or a solicitor's-agent. Equally, the Claimant will want to cross-examine the Defendant and/or their witnesses. Therefore the case is not suitable to be dealt with on paper, or without a hearing".
Claimant states they will call zero witnesses (including themselves).
Despite searching and looking at both the NEWBIES and Template Defence, some of the questions in the N180 appear to be relatively recent, so not always answered in the various threads.
Herewith my N180. Anyone note any problems with it that I should be aware of before emailing it?

The new mandatory mediation + new N180 came in near the end of may, plenty of recent discussions about it
I presume that YOU have not yet received an N180 from the CNBC yet. ,
If not, its too early to email your completed new form to the DQ email address
Login to MCOL and check your claim history, once it states that they have posted an N180 to you, that is when they are ready to receive your completed N180 back, not before0 -
Recent change but discussed in umpteen threads for weeks. Search the forum for
Compulsory mediation waste good dayPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sure, I've seen it's now compulsory, annoyingly so. I was more interested in feedback on the response I made to question D1, as I definitely don't want PD 51ZC to CPR 51 to apply.0 -
Question D1 changed a good few months ago and is covered in the NEWBIES thread specifically but your version looks fine.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You have put down that there will be 2 witnesses. Any reason for that?1
