Hi all, long time lurker!
I’ve just had an application submitted to Newcastle Building Society and having not found too much about them on this forum (other than a few posts from a few years ago and very little from a google search other than their website).

Does anyone know if they do valuations first or after credit/affordability checks, etc?
How long did it take you to go from submitting your application to receiving an answer (hopefully an offer!)?
